Position Overview/Responsibilities for the
School Support Technician:
Providing hands-on and remote technical support to approximately 400 users across multiple sites
Supporting Windows OS, MAC OS, and Chrome OS environments
Managing and troubleshooting hardware including projectors, TVs, displays, and Smart Boards
Utilizing Active Directory and Altiris for Windows management, imaging, and software deployment
Creating and maintaining support documentation and training/onboarding materials
Required Skills for
School Support Technician:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support/help desk role
Proficiency in supporting Windows OS, MAC OS, and Chrome OS
Experience with Active Directory and Altiris
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing system is a plus
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
