Support Engineering Technical Product Delivery Specialist 2

Warner Robins, Georgia Job Responsibilities:

Prepare, release, and deliver technical documents and data to the customer within standard guidelines, processes, and applicable specifications.
Identify document and technical data delivery requirements based on customer and contract guidelines.
Gather technical documents and data, assemble technical end-product, and perform quality checks.
Deliver or release customer technical end-product in the appropriate format per contract requirements and resolve any discrepancies.
Maintain delivery record data files, customer access to online technical content and technical data library.

Skills Required:

Proficiency in

S1000D XML

Experience with Interactive Electronic Maintenance Manual
Standard software proficiencies
Strong research and analysis skills
