Desktop Support Technician Sira Consulting Inc Dublin, GA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Desktop Support Technician to join our IT support team. This role is essential in providing technical assistance and support to our users, ensuring that all computer systems and networks operate efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of computer networking and operating systems. Duties Provide first-line technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including operating systems and applications. Assist with the setup, configuration, and maintenance of desktop computers, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Manage user accounts through Active Directory, including creating, modifying, and deleting accounts as necessary. Monitor network performance and address issues related to

connectivity, firewalls, and other network components. Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system for future reference.
