IT Field Technician Ready 123 Solutions, LLC 254 Robert C Daniel Jr Parkway, Augusta, GA 30909 About us Ready 123 Solution’s provides onsite Technical Field Support to Major Brands ie: Walmart, Target, Dave Busters, Pizza Hut, Chase Bank and more! Positions available in anywhere in the US. Need a technician on 5/14@ 6:30pm for Verizon, installing 70″ TVs!!
Other Duties :
- Provide POS upgrades and Support
- Replace Verifone pin pads and credit card readers
- Troubleshoot Switches, Routers, Access Points, SDWANS, CCTV
- Printer Support
- Troubleshoot network devices with assistance from Technical Support
- Cat 5/6 replacement for non responsive network devices
Skills :
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure and networking
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users and stakeholders.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues within the scope of the work order.
- Able to climb, use ladder or lift for out of reach network equipment is a plus!

for troubleshooting ie., Basic screwdriver set including mini, Butt sett, cable toner, punchdown, Cat 5/6, RJ45 Cable tester
