Bilingual tech support Abacus Service Corporation Conyers, GA 30094 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems operate smoothly and efficiently. Your expertise in desktop support and customer service will be essential in resolving issues and enhancing user satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide first-level technical support for hardware and software issues, primarily through the Help Desk system. Troubleshoot and resolve desktop-related problems, including Windows operating systems and applications. Utilize tools such as Remedy and Jira to track and manage support tickets effectively. Communicate clearly with users to understand their technical issues and provide appropriate solutions. Assist in computer management tasks, including setup, configuration, and maintenance of user workstations. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues when necessary. Maintain documentation of support processes and solutions for future reference. Ensure high levels of customer service by following up on unresolved issues and providing timely updates to users. Qualifications Proven experience in IT support or technical support roles, with a strong background in desktop support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users. Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Remedy or Jira is highly desirable. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Proficiency in Windows operating systems and common software applications. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
