Hybrid Job Summary:
The Client is seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Help Desk Analyst to provide Tier 1 technical support in a high-volume call center environment. The role supports both internal and external customers, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone for hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Assist external users with password resets, website navigation, and mobile driver’s license provisioning. Monitor ticket queues, assign and escalate tickets as needed, ensuring SLA compliance. Log and resolve technical issues using diagnostics or escalate to second-tier support or vendors. Maintain system performance oversight and report recurring issues to senior staff. Provide support in both English and Spanish.
