Help Desk Analyst 1 (W2) JPS Tech Solutions llc Conyers, GA 30012 Overview We are seeking a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support and assistance to our internal users, ensuring smooth operations within our IT environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications:
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for internal DDS staff. Assist external customers with website support, password resets, and mobile driver’s licenses. Monitor and manage ticket queues, ensuring issues are escalated to second-tier support or management when necessary. Provide exceptional customer service, effectively handling difficult situations and ensuring timely ticket resolution. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or customer service role. Bilingual (Spanish/English). 1+ year of helpdesk support experience (Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10) preferred. Vocational/Technical degree in computer applications or related field preferred. Knowledge of Apple iOS preferred.
