Description:
Bluebix Solutions Inc. is hiring a Bilingual Help Desk Analyst (Spanish/English) to provide Tier 1 technical support at DDS Headquarters in Conyers, GA. This role is customer-facing and involves high-volume phone support for both internal staff and external users. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues, assisting customers with online account access, and managing ticket escalations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, technical aptitude, and a commitment to delivering excellent service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues Answer inquiries related to system operations, account access, and troubleshooting Handle password resets, mobile driver’s license provisioning, and website support Monitor and manage support ticket queues; escalate unresolved issues as needed Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and senior management to resolve issues Deliver high-quality customer service in a call center environment
Required Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED Minimum 6 months of experience in a customer service or call center role Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year experience as a Help Desk Technician Hands-on experience with MS Outlook, Office, Windows 7/10 Familiarity with Apple iOS Vocational or technical degree in a computer-related field Why Work with Us?
