Provide Tier 1 technical assistance to internal and external customers via high-volume calls. Handle hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 support. Support includes password resets, website issues, account provisioning, and mobile driver’s licenses.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Respond to user inquiries and provide resolutions. Monitor and escalate tickets in a timely manner. Perform minor hardware/software repairs. Ensure excellent customer service in difficult situations.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED. 6+ months of customer service/call center experience. Bilingual (Spanish/English) – Required.
Preferred Qualifications:
1+ year of helpdesk experience (Outlook, MS Office, Windows 7/10). Knowledge of Apple iOS and Active Directory. Vocational/Technical degree in Computer Applications/Technology.
