IT Support Find Great People Toccoa, GA 30577 Overview Under the direction of the IT Infrastructure Manager, the End User Support II provides support for software and hardware issues for our client’s home office operations. He/she assists with hardware/software upgrades, updates and testing of such. He/she ensures that solutions are implemented, upgraded, and maintained in a timely, efficient, and effective manner. He/she focuses on identifying trends and working with the responsible party to remediate. Responsibilities Provides Customer Support to resolve IT related problems Monitors ticketing system to provide timely response to software issues Creates and maintains detailed comments in support request tracking system for all issues Identify trends and escalates accordingly Manage yearly equipment refresh of end user desktops Serve as an escalated support tier between End User Support and Infrastructure Team Supports Infrastructure Solutions Assist in executing maintenance plans for existing and future implementations Test, troubleshoot and analyze complex technical issues and implement solutions Direct responsibility for many tasks to ensure continued health and currency of solutions Build and Maintain equipment for the End User Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience Responds to Customer & End User Support needs in a timely and efficient manner Identify recurring issues and remediate through automation or other processes.
