Job Description
Service Desk Analyst Thomasville Group IT Apply before: 2025-06-04 We are looking for you to join us as a new member to complement our global ServiceDesk team. Your function is part of a larger organization with ServiceDesk that takes the first and second-line support and work closely with our global the IT Operations team. What you will do You will be working with in the 1 and 2st line support cases and helping out the company’s employees with IT support, maintenance, troubleshooting and installations. We currently have about 2,000 employees in 25 countries and maintain manufacturing bases in 13 countries. We are in a robust development phase where we are placing a strong focus on automation, digitalization and building the IT of the future in a scalable manner, with satisfied end users as a result. End user support in Windows, Office and other Nederman applications
Installation of PC and Laptop
Register and working with case in our global ticket system
Installation and configuration of Windows PC/Laptops
Network connections on in office and site We believe you have You have approximately 1-2 years of experience in a related field that keeps you up to date with developments in technology. You possess a strong inner drive, contribute to team spirit, and service-minded approach to our end users. To succeed in the role, you need to have an understanding of the field and a strong passion for problem-solving in a Windows environment. We would like you to have experience with the following systems and products: Windows 10 and 11
Basic knowledge Windows Active Directory
