Job Summary:

Provides computer hardware and software support to hospital departments and physician clinics. Receives user problems and finds solutions to these problems. Supports the stable operation of the in-house computer network. Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Performs routine maintenance on computer and peripheral equipment. Installs upgrades of computer software. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups.
