Overview:
We’re looking for a skilled Level 2 Desk Engineer to join our growing team. This role focuses on advanced troubleshooting, ticket management, system administration, and direct client support in a fast-paced MSP environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and escalate support tickets
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
Configure and maintain systems, servers, and M365
Provide on-site and remote client support
Document solutions and knowledge
Use RMM and PSA tools effectively
Collaborate with team members and assist with office IT tasks
Requirements:
3+ years in IT support/help desk roles
1-2 years in a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
Strong knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, Microsoft 365, networking, hardware, virtualization, and security
Excellentmunication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft)
Experience with scripting or automation
