This role serves as a critical point of contact for users needing technical assistance and provides enterprise-level service desk support in a fast-paced 24×7 environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact on the 24×7 Service Desk, answering and triaging incoming calls. Work within a ticketing system to document, resolve, or escalate incidents. Provide basic phone and remote desktop support. Perform troubleshooting to resolve technical issues and escalate to On-Call resources when necessary.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Strong customer service and communication skills. Prior experience in a help desk or technical support role. Familiarity with computer and networking repair. Effective writing and editing skills for clear ticket documentation and escalation.
