Description:

Our client is currently seeking a Senior End-User Technical Support Analysts This position is onsite in Baton Rouge, LA – MUST be able to make this commute
Ongoing contract. Responsibilities
Manage Microsoft Hyper-V environments and virtual machine infrastructure.
Administer Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, including Active Directory Domain Services.
Oversee Cisco Nexus infrastructure and ensure optimal performance and configuration.
Deploy and manage CrowdStrike Endpoint Protection across enterprise environments.
Implement and maintain Tanium Endpoint Management solutions.
Support Microsoft Exchange and/or Office 365 GCC tenant migrations and ongoing administration.
Minimum Qualifications
Hands-on experience with Active Directory Domain Services and Group Policy Management.
Proficiency in Windows imaging and driver management.
Experience with user profile analysis and migration strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong troubleshooting skills across basic hardware and software components.
Familiarity with Layer 2 networking devices from various manufacturers.
Experience with Windows Deployment Services (WDS).
Knowledge of desktop and mobile device imaging and user transition processes.
Background in data analysis, application rationalization, and migration planning.
Experience managing third-party software migrations on a case-by-case basis.
Familiarity with Sierra Wireless and/or Cradlepoint device management.
Exposure to License Plate Reader (LPR) software.
Experience with Computer-Aided Dispatch (CAD) software systems.
