Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Help Desk Engineer to join our client’s dynamic team and serve as a key escalation point for complex IT issues. In this full-time, office-based role, you’ll work directly with a diverse range of Managed Service Provider (MSP) clients, delivering top-tier technical support. You’ll tackle advanced troubleshooting challenges using cutting-edge Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) tools while maintaining a sharp focus on customer satisfaction and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs). This role requires a strong technical foundation, clear communication skills, and a commitment to delivering solutions that keep our clients running smoothly.
Salary:
$60,000 – $75,000/yr.
Schedule:
8am – 5pm
Key Responsibilities:
