Compli, LLC was founded in 2001 to provide Commissioning, Validation and Regulatory Support Services to the Life Sciences industry. Essential Functions :
Support the Implementation, Configuration and Maintenance of Aspen IP.21 Systems, including Life Cycle Management of the PIMS Architecture Provide end user support including: Basic IP.21 user training Development of Reports, support with Excel add-ins, Trend development, development of ASPEN Graphics Providing data access to relevant systems Modifications to the
ASPEN IP.21
configuration, including addition of new tags and modification of existing tags. Develop and maintain project documentation, including design specifications and project reports Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers Ensure that all projects meet regulatory requirements, best practices, and industry standards Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve engineering processes and procedures.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field. At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Technical Skills and Abilities:
Strong knowledge of PIMS (Process Information Management Systems) preferably Aspen IP.21 Experience leading engineering projects and initiatives Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Process Controls experience is a plus Experience integrating PIMS systems with various other OT (Operational Technology) Systems (ex.
Automation / Controls
systems). Experience working with OPC communication is preferred Experience with SQL+ is preferred.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Walking around the site. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
