IT Support 2.2 2.2 out of 5 stars Norco, LA Temporary Onsite IT Support Technician – Norco, LA (08/01-09/30)

8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Mon-Fri) Key Responsibilities Provide onsite and remote support for hardware and software issues Assist with user setup, workstation domain join, and smart card configuration Support imaging and reimaging of devices as part of deployment tasks Help maintain and track IT inventory Monitor and respond to service tickets using internal ticketing tools Ensure compliance with company IT procedures and security protocols Required Skills Basic understanding of Windows OS (7/8/10), Office 365, and Microsoft Office Suite Set up printers, AV gear, and temporary wireless Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced IT environment Familiarity with basic networking (LAN, VPN, remote access) Exposure to or experience with Apple devices (iPhones, iPads) is a plus Reliable and detail-oriented, with a team-first mindset Great chance to get hands-on IT experience with a major client.
