Job Description
Performance Responsibilities:
1.Supports Librarian and all functions of the library/media center
2.Supervises students
3.Maintains computers/laptops
4.Maintains student accounts and instructs students in operating procedures
5.Provides basic level training (using the desktop, educational applications, printer, fileserver resources).
6.Provides first line response for hardware/software problems. Make appropriate judgement in calling for assistance in resolving problems.
7.Assists in development and dissemination of user level checklist for handling common problems.
8.Supports is cataloguing and maintaining inventory of building/District software
9.Provides liaison to technology support staff for problem resolution.
