Position Summary:
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to assist in the coordination of their IT Help Desk operations. This role supports the existing lead in managing incoming support requests—by phone, email, and in person—provide face-to-face support as needed, and delegate technical tasks to appropriate IT team members. In addition, this role includes office management responsibilities to ensure smooth departmental operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and triage IT Help Desk calls and emails. Provide basic in-person tech support and escalate as needed. Assign and track IT support tickets to team members. Maintain and track IT inventory. Promote a professional and supportive team environment. Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality. Assist with other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Basic IT knowledge is preferred but not required. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer service role Strong communication skills; able to work well with a wide range of users. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. #IND123
