Job Description Install and service Building Automation andControl Systems Perform end-to-end system checks, startup, andcommissioning Troubleshoot and repair DDC, HVAC, and lightingcontrol systems Read and interpret control drawings, electrical andmechanical plans Work with low-voltage wiring, sensors, actuators,and control panels Coordinate with contractors and internal teamson site Provide preventive maintenance and customer trainingMaintain accurate records of work, time, materials, and costsTravel locally as needed, including occasional overtime or weekendsBackground Profile 5-10 years of experience in building automation,controls, or related fields Knowledge of

BAS/BMS/DDC/HVAC

systemsStrong troubleshooting and analytical skills Familiarity withEthernet, RS485, BACnet, and LON networks Experience with WindowsOS, Microsoft Office, and basic networking Able to workindependently and communicate clearly with customers Valid driver’slicense and ability to get security clearance (no criminal recordor DUI) Experience with platforms like Siemens Talon, Smart 2, AX,N4, or PPCL is a plus Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plusRelevant certifications (e.g., Tridium AX, N4) are a plus EducationHigh school diploma plus a 4-year vocational program or equivalentwork experience Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related fieldpreferred Professional certifications are a bonus
