Helpdesk Support Analyst Location:
Waltham, MA Contract Duration:

6+ Month (Contract) Job Description Provides first-level technical phone support to home office staff,as well as to our advisors and their staff, on a wide range ofissues and products. Prioritizes and processes help requests to provide technicalproblem identification and resolution. The ideal candidate would also meet the following requirements: o High-level customer service skills. o Strong ability to solve problems and find solutions. o Excellent communication skills (phone manners, listening skills,and follow-up skills). o Knowledge and experience with Windows XP/7/8, Microsoft OfficeSuite 2007/2010, TCP/IP networking. o Mobile device support (Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windowsmobile). o Knowledge of POP3 and SMTP protocols, including troubleshootingconnectivity issues; experience in advanced MS Outlook 2007/2010functionality and the protocols involved with connecting to anExchange 2007 mail server a plus. o Knowledge of Active Directory and domain environments. o Mac experience is a plus.
