Desktop Support Analyst Position Available In Middlesex, Massachusetts

Description We are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Analyst to join our team on a contract basis in Marlborough, Massachusetts. In this role, you will provide Level 2 technical support to both onsite employees and remote clients, ensuring efficient resolution of IT issues escalated from Level 1 service desks. This position requires a proactive individual with strong organizational skills, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software to support end-user needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely fixes, workarounds, and solutions.
• Manage and respond to help desk tickets, documenting actions taken and ensuring resolution in line with company protocols.
• Provide remote and onsite support for employees and clients, addressing device and software-related concerns.
• Set up and deploy new workstations, including equipment installation and account setup verification.
• Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 accounts.
• Assist with audiovisual setup for meetings and events as needed.
• Create technical documentation and training materials for staff.
• Test and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency.
• Support employee devices such as laptops, tablets, mobile devices, and Macs, ensuring functionality and user satisfaction. Requirements
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Microsoft Azure account administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 applications and their management.
• Familiarity with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems for task management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Previous experience in troubleshooting and supporting corporate devices and software.
• Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when handling equipment and hardware.
