IT Contracts Specialist – Senior
Location:
Framingham, MA
We’re seeking a seasoned IT Contracts Specialist – Senior to join our team. This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to draft, proofread, and finalize Statements of Work (SOWs) for various types of engagements. You’ll be a key player in ensuring contract excellence, value delivery, and improved contract management for our client.
Job Responsibilities:
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to develop and document business requirements/specifications
Prepare, negotiate, and manage IT Professional/Consulting Services contracts
Provide training to Service Delivery teams on contract processes
Review contract amendments, identify issues, and escalate if necessary
Validate resource plans align with existing rate cards
Support contracting process for engagements exceeding $100M in value
Skills Required:
Self-motivated with excellent time management and prioritization skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Solid understanding of legal terms and contract principles
Experience with developing service levels and incorporating them into agreement and governance processes
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and online research; ServiceNow and Jira experience preferred
Agile Kanban experience preferred
Experience:
8+ years experience in IT corporate contracts
4-6 years of experience drafting, negotiating, and executing IT Professional Services contracts
Bachelor’s Degree/Law Degree or Paralegal experience required
