In Vivo Protocol Specialist Location:
Cambridge, MA (Hybrid)

Months Description:
Project-based need to support ongoing preclinical in vivo studies and LIMS data entry/reporting. Team Structure & Role Fit Supports scientists and study directors by documenting protocols and assay data in LIMS. Will work cross-functionally with research, informatics, and IT teams.
Candidate Profile Ideal Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, or related field. Open to Master’s degree but overall looking for a recent grad Familiarity with in vivo studies, animal research protocols, or biological assays. Data entry and report generation skills. Basic experience or exposure to LIMS or scientific data systems. Comfortable in ambiguous, fast-paced research environments. Top 3
Must-Haves :
Knowledge of assays and in vivo studies. Strong data entry and organizational skills. Eagerness to learn and collaborate with scientists.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with Excel, Spotfire, or other reporting tools. Exposure to regulatory or data integrity practices in labs. Soft Skills /
Culture Fit:
Cheerful, people-oriented, adaptable. Comfortable navigating ambiguity ( “gray areas “). Effective communicator with both technical and non-technical teams.
Tools & Technology :
Microsoft Office (Excel and Word are key). LIMS (Lab Information Management System) experience preferred.
