Responsibilities:
Provide desk-sideand subject matter expert support for IT related services foremployees in an office, clinical & research laboratory settingSupport and troubleshoot system and network issues related toend-user, laboratory IT and VoIP equipment, according to standardoperating procedures Recommend and test cost effective technicalsystem improvements Drive IT projects and deliverables with thehelp of the Sr. IT Helpdesk Manager Proactively create correctiveand mitigating steps to reduce future incidents and ticket volumeUse an ITSM to manage all incidents and requests to ensure thatwork is completed to the customers’ satisfaction in a timely mannerand according to the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) ManageExchange Online including mailboxes, distribution groups, calendarsCollaborate with internal departments to improve/create processesWork with internal departments and external vendors to implementnew applications and services to end uses Participate in projectsand act as a Subject Matter Expert for key technologies Contributeinternal IT documentation and create technical bulletins to expandthe knowledge base for handling support issues Assist users withactivating and troubleshooting company-owned mobile devices Workdirectly with IT support teams for mission critical issues andadhere to department escalation policy
Qualifications:
EducationLevel:
B.S. or A.D. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, orequivalent work experience.
Experience Level:
3 years of relevantexperience
Preferred Experience/Skills:
Experience of working inthe pharmaceutical industry and regulated environments Ability tohandle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strongattention to detail Expert knowledge of Microsoft Operating systemsStrong experience working with local Active Directory and AzureAbility to present formal and informal training and assistance toend users Apple iOS Systems Working knowledge of the administrationof Microsoft Office 365 application suite Ability to find creativeand “out-of-the-box” solutions to incidents and requests Ability toprovide clear and logical thought processes to identify root causesof incidents Expert knowledge in the installation, configuration,upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware and software componentsExperience working with enterprises Anti-Virus technologies such asTrellix Able to work with people to establish goals, objectives,and change management plans Experience in installing andconfiguring Windows based applications using a softwaredistribution tool Experience in working with enterprise MobileDevice Management technologies Working knowledge and understandingof network technologies such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, routers,and switches Ability to understand and adhere to systems securityand control procedures in accordance with departmental andcorporate standards Demonstrated skills in time management,scheduling, and task prioritization to meet deadlines and goalsDesire to learn new technologies Outstanding customer serviceprovider Exceptional interpersonal skills for written, andface-to-face communications Advanced experience within the Office365 Admin Center and AzureAD with an emphasis in Exchange OnlineAdministration and troubleshooting Demonstrated project managementskills Automox, Smart Deploy and Fresh Service experience a plusTop 3

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S.
is:
$39.86 -$39.86/hr. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forthabove, are determined by factors including your relevant skills,education and experience and the benefits package you select.
