Depot Technicians Position Available In Norfolk, Massachusetts

We are seeking Credit Card Depot Technicians to join our partnering client’s team in Norwood, MA.

• Must have software configuration experience preferred

Pay Rate:

$18

• $20/hr based on experience

Resonsibilities:

Track device inventory Assist in resolution of customer tickets Packaging and provisioning of the credit card devices Download software on credit card machines Configure software on credit card machines Troubleshoot the credit card machines Involvement in download of POS templates and ongoing deployment support. Co-ordination with customer technical support groups/ help desk, store managers and helpdesk. Monitoring open tickets and assistance in speedy resolution of issues. Assist in deployment of POS, Payment Terminals etc. at store locations Track Device shipment Experience level: 1-2 years

Experience Required:
