Assist business users and troubleshoot problems with company’s ERPsystem. Work with 3rd party vendors to perform upgrades and resolveissues with business systems. Maintain secure IT environmentthrough implementation and enforcement of necessary security toolsand processes. Configure and maintain user hardware and equipment.

Job Requirements and Qualifications BS/BA in computer science, ITor relevant field 10 years of experience in IT related occupationProven ability to troubleshoot hardware, software and networkissues Experience supporting Windows OS, MS Office, Windows Server,SQL Server, Gmail, AWS, Active Directory, Google Drive, ERP/CRMsystems, WordPress, and other back-office tools in a businesssetting Proficient in set up and configuration of PC hardware andsoftware installation Working knowledge in database programming(MS-SQL) Proficiency in Microsoft PowerBI is a plus Strong Excelskills Ability to embrace new technologies and knowledge-share withbusiness users Solid interpersonal skills
