Provideadvanced, hands-on support and troubleshooting for all IT hardwareand software, including PCs, Macs as well as some industry specifictechnology Actively manage help desk calls, prioritizing andresolving end-user requests, particularly focusing on in-personbreak-fix issues Implement and manage device fleets using moderntools like Microsoft Intune and SCCM, ensuring systems are imaged,updated, and secured Support Microsoft 365 applications,network/VPN access, and antivirus/antimalware solutions Collaboratewith various IT subgroups (Networking, Applications, A/V) andparticipate in diverse IT projects (e.g., OS upgrades, cloudmigrations, new system deployments) What are the requirements for aDesktop Support Technician? 3-5 years of experience providing Tier2 IT support in a corporate Windows and macOS environment Provenexpertise with Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint security bestpractices Strong experience supporting PC/Mac hardware, printers,and mobile devices Exceptional communication and customer serviceskills, with a strong ability to interact effectively and patientlywith a diverse range of end users both in-person and remote
