About the Role We’re looking for an IT Specialist that can ensure the smooth operation of our office technology systems! You’ll coordinate IT projects, troubleshoot technical issues, and oversee our IT infrastructure to keep our creative teams focused on building the future of AI-powered music generation. Check out our Suno version of the job here! What You’ll Do Manage IT infrastructure by overseeing networks, servers, and operating systems to ensure seamless functionality. Manage vendor relationships and maintain consistent communication with contracted specialists for our other offices in NYC and LA. Own device management and security protocols for all company equipment. Procure devices, manage inventory, and ensure smooth onboarding with appropriate machines and accessories for new hires. Lead IT projects for new offices and team expansion while meeting timelines and staying within budget. Create and enforce disaster recovery plans and security protocols. Trouble shoot and resolve technical challenges to minimize downtime and improve system performance, working closely with our contracted vendors and Apple contacts. Perform regular compliance checks and audits to meet information security standards Streamline IT operations through automation and efficiency improvements in collaboration with stakeholders. What You’ll Need Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Strong background in managing vendor relationships and implementing projects. Expertise in decision-making and coordinating complex initiatives. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders. Extensive experience with Mosyle, Apple Business Manager, Google Admin Console, and AV equipment (Logitech, Cisco, and similar platforms). Address technical challenges and manage system updates effectively. Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and security best practices.
