IT Support Specialist (Onsite) Boston, MA, USA IT Support Specialist (Onsite) Description
Join our team onsite in the Seaport area of Boston to provide essential technical support across multiple operating systems and devices. You’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, maintain critical IT infrastructure, and deliver exceptional service to ensure users can work efficiently across Windows, Mac, and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
Resolve end-user computing issues across multiple platforms including Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android
Install, configure, and maintain diverse hardware including computers, laptops, and mobile devices
Configure and optimize various operating systems and applications for optimal performance
Monitor and maintain server room environments to ensure system reliability
Track and update hardware inventory to maintain accurate asset management records
Follow IT service management processes for incidents, requests, and change management
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related technical role
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues across multiple operating systems and platforms
Experience with desktop, laptop, thin client hardware maintenance and cross-platform support
Knowledge of Active Directory and group policy administration
Strong understanding of IT Service Management practices and processes
Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Proven ability to meet service level agreements and work effectively under pressure
Salary range: 40-50K per year
