  • MSP Background | Microsoft & Azure Are you a passionate IT Support Engineer with a background in Managed Service Providers (MSP). We are seeking a dynamic 1st
  • 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our growing technical team.

You’ll be responsible for providing high-quality support to a diverse range of clients, working across Microsoft ecosystems including Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure. This is a hands-on role with exposure to a wide range of technologies and the opportunity to work on project deployments, escalations, and long-term client solutions. You’ll be supporting multiple environments, making this an exciting challenge for someone who enjoys variety and problem-solving.

  • preferably candidates should live within Essex / Suffolk
Key Responsibilities:

Provide 1st to 3rd line support across client systems (remote and on-site). Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Azure environments. Assist in onboarding new clients, setting up infrastructure, and maintaining best practices. Work closely with internal teams and clients to manage tickets, incidents, and escalations effectively. Participate in projects including server migrations, cloud transitions, and infrastructure upgrades. Maintain detailed documentation of client environments and support processes.

Key Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) or IT Service Provider environment is essential. Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including: Windows Server (2012-2022), Active Directory & Group Policy, Microsoft 365 administration Azure (IaaS, , networking, etc.) Experience with DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and networking fundamentals. Familiarity with remote monitoring and management (RMM) tools. Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.

Certifications Required:
Microsoft Certified:
