- As a Help Desk Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Providing front-line technical support to end users on system and application issues
- Identifying, researching, troubleshooting, and resolving software and hardware problems
- Coordinating with engineering teams, client IT staff, and third-party vendors
- Updating and maintaining accurate documentation in the Client Documentation database
- Assisting with client training on new software and technologies
- Escalating unresolved technical issues as appropriate
- Adhering to strict confidentiality standards regarding client data and systems
- Supporting continuous team improvement efforts, including automation and process enhancements
- Managing the organization and cleanliness of the IT lab/workshop
- The ideal candidate for this role will have:

Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent technical training in IT or related field

Experience:
- Minimum 12 years in a Help Desk or technical support role
