Sites are located across the Overland PK, area and will require some local travel to sites; must be comfortable working in a healthcare environment. There are instances where full gown and masks are required. This is a minimal 6 month contract engagement with the opportunity to go permanent. As part of this body of work, we deploy tech refresh teams comprised of a “team lead” and typically 4-5 refresh technicians. The team lead is responsible for the interaction with the site IT personnel and establishing the plan of attack for refreshing the designated equipment, as well as primary supervision and training of the team, but we are currently only looking for refresh technicians. The team is responsible for refreshing devices according to a documented process and the final step of the process requires an end user quality control checklist to be completed and signed off. A professional demeanor and comfort working and communicating with individuals of varying technical capability is required.
Further requirements:
Must be capable of standing/walking for extended periods of time and be capable of lifting computer equipment of up to 50lbs. Must have valid Driver license and reliable transportation. Out of state travel will require a valid credit/debit card to hold the required minimum amount. Qualified candidates will undergo a background check, drug screening, and must get flu shots as well as submit to a TB testing. Must be available Monday thru Friday for a MINIMUM of 40 hours per week.
