Desktop Technician 1 Position Available In St. Louis, Missouri

Provide IT support for global infrastructure, manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow, and assist with documentation, projects, and training initiatives.

Job Requirements:

Associate degree in computer science, cybersecurity, network engineering, business administration, or related field Minimum 3 years of experience supporting global IT infrastructure in a multinational environment Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, MCSA, MCDST, or CCNA (preferred with experience) Experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop/cloud applications, Office 365, middleware, and security protocols Ability to work remotely with a presentable home office for virtual meetings

Preferred Skills:

Experience training end users on new technologies and tools Ability to prioritize workload across tickets, tasks, and projects Familiarity with knowledge base creation and maintenance in

ServiceNow Job Responsibilities:

Manage and resolve incidents and service requests using ServiceNow Collaborate with global IT teams to resolve or escalate issues Contribute to IT projects related to security, audit, and internal initiatives Maintain and update support documentation within the ServiceNow knowledge base Participate in on-call rotation for emergency and production issues Support and promote technology adoption through training and communication initiatives Continuously evaluate and improve IT support processes
