Key Responsibilities:
Provide primary technical support for Ellucian Banner, DegreeWorks, OpenText, and other integrated enterprise applications.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application-related issues, incidents, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
Serve as a technical point of contact for end-users, addressing queries and providing guidance on application functionality.
Collaborate with technical teams and business units to support application upgrades, patching, and new module implementations.
Monitor application performance and system health to ensure reliability and availability.
Assist in the management of user access and security for supported applications.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, support guides, and knowledge base articles for internal team use and for end-users.
Participate in projects related to the enhancement and evolution of the enterprise application ecosystem.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proven hands-on experience providing application support for Ellucian Banner.
Demonstrated experience in supporting and troubleshooting DegreeWorks.
Strong knowledge of and experience with OpenText content management systems.
Experience working with and supporting other large-scale enterprise applications.
