Annual Salary:
$100,000+
Bonus:
Additional 5%
Annual Project Bonus Work Schedule :
8am-4pm or 9am-5pm / on-site

Job Summary Helpdesk Manager Oversees IT support functions for overall company. Responsible for tasks and assignments to support team. Provide computer support for hardware and software by telephone and e-mail to resolve computer system and user issues. Assists users in resolving difficult problems through discussion and diagnosis. Takes the necessary steps to remedy the problem and are nearly always able to diagnose problems. Essential job functions Helpdesk Manager Leads, mentors, and oversees job functions for support team. Provide computer support for hardware and software by telephone and e-mail. Resolve 1st Level Support Calls. Resolve 2nd Level Support Calls.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in computer software and hardware applications. Bachelor’s degree in computerscience, required. Display strong customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work atmosphere. Professional attitude and goal-oriented work ethic The ability to quickly learn the basics of new software and tools. Excellent communication skills. Verbal and written.
