Our client, operates in the building technologies and solutions industry, with a strong focus on HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) systems, Building automation and controls, Fire and security systems, and Energy solutions and sustainability services is seeking a HVACR Technical Support Engineer to join their team.

Position:

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will provide remote technical assistance for VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) and ductless products to customers, ensuring a high standard of service across all product lines. Your goal is to position the company as a reliable and customer-friendly technical support provider. Additionally, you will be responsible for reworking returned units and pulling necessary parts from the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot VRF and ductless systems remotely. Provide timely responses to phone and email support requests. Track and review new product documentation to assist customers effectively. Support reps, distributors, and contractors in resolving technical issues. Log all support calls and incidents in Salesforce to maintain accurate records. Share technical resources such as manuals, wiring diagrams, and piping guidelines as needed. Assist with RTSM (Request to Site Management) for onsite visits. Follow up with customers to confirm issue resolution at job sites. Help customers with commissioning of job sites and control systems. Answer control-related queries and assist in control system commissioning. Perform rework on units and pull parts from warehouse inventory as needed.

Qualifications:

University or Technical degree 3 to 6 years of technical support experience Experience in data entry EPA Universal Certification Strong written and verbal communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to travel to Dallas, TX for training.

Prefered Qualifications:
