IT Support Technician Position Available In Harrison, Mississippi

Overview Provide technical assistance to the property, employees, while assisting and maintaining, but not limited to: Active Directory, Networking, PC’s, UI, Servers, SQL and much more. Responsibilities Adhere to prescribed process and procedures. Conduct basic troubleshooting methods to resolve issues and report same to manager and director in a timely manner. Actively participates with IT staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Adheres to control procedure for user onboard and offboard process. Maintain tickets to complete tasks such as creating accounts for new employees. Assist with special projects from the Manager and Director of IT. Always conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive professional image. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment. Self-motivated to set daily and weekly deadlines for collecting audit data. Willing to work in on-call rotation. Commitment to routinely go above and beyond in the accomplishment of position responsibilities in an effort to play a role in the achievement of organizational goals. Must present an image of excitement and enthusiasm, while being able to project a professional appearance and demeanor. Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills. Display strong work ethic and teamwork.
