To support this goal, we are modernizing our Student Information System (SIS) and enhancing data quality across connected systems. This initiative includes developing web-based applications and creating dashboards and reports that enhance data accessibility, accuracy, and usability for all stakeholders. We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to play a vital role in this effort by providing comprehensive technical support to our user base. Key Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking IT assistance, both remotely and onsite. Troubleshoot desktop/laptop issues, install software, and set up peripheral hardware. Administer and support Active Directory and Microsoft 365 applications. Provide remote assistance using a variety of tools and platforms. Log, track, and maintain Help Desk records in accordance with established procedures. Prioritize, organize, and manage support tasks efficiently. Communicate effectively with users to resolve technical issues and ensure satisfaction. Required Skills and Experience Skill/ working in a help desk environment Experience with providing support for Microsoft 365 (M365) Applications 3 years of Experience providing remote assistance using various platforms, 3 years of desktop/Laptop troubleshooting and software installation. 3 years of Hardware implementation and deployment, Basic Active Directory (AD) management. 3 years of Additional Requirement Three (3) professional references must be submitted with the resume.
