The Help Desk Support Technician will serve as the first point of contact for IT support, providing both remote and onsite assistance. The ideal candidate will be experienced in desktop/laptop troubleshooting, software installation, hardware deployment, and Active Directory management. Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills are essential.
Responsibilities:
Provide Tier 1 support for hardware, software, and M365 applications Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and peripherals Perform software installations and hardware deployments Manage and document support tickets Assist users via remote support platforms Conduct basic Active Directory tasks (password resets, account unlocks, etc.) Required Experience (Minimum 3 Years Each): Help Desk support environment Microsoft 365 support Remote assistance tools Desktop/laptop troubleshooting & software installs Hardware implementation and deployment Basic Active Directory management
