Technical Support Analyst II Pay Rate:

8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Raise is currently hiring a Technical Support Analyst II team member on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Responsibilities Respond to complex service desk incidents and provide functional support for field applications and hardware.
Troubleshoot and isolate difficult or ambiguous technical issues, including site-specific hardware and software failures.
Provide onsite support for desktops, laptops, kiosks, weigh stations, POS devices, security cameras, mobile tablets, and in-truck technology.
Coordinate with Tier 3 support groups and external vendors for issue resolution, including cabling and infrastructure problems.
Serve as liaison for Operational Technology applications and related infrastructure.
Deliver post-development support, including new project installations and software releases.
Create and update user guides and documentation for support teams.
Train frontline support staff on new technologies and support procedures.
Lead technical support initiatives in alignment with digital leadership and onsite operational needs.
Contribute to system and application monitoring development and improvements.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not include any supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (accredited) in Computer Science, MIS, or a related field; OR
High School Diploma or GED (accredited) with four years of relevant work experience.
Minimum three years of relevant technical support experience in addition to the educational requirement.
Other Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities Required:
Intermediate skills in SQL queries and scripting.
Ability to document procedures, standardized communications, and support steps.
Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills.
Clear and effective communication with internal teams, users, and management.
Ability to conceptualize user workflows to identify and resolve issues.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and PC troubleshooting skills.
Ability to train less experienced users and team members.
General knowledge of PC systems, hardware, and software functionality.
