Job Overview:

We’re seeking a versatile Office & IT Support Specialist to manage phone and help desk tickets, handle light accounting, oversee office operations, and provide level one IT support. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn, build customer relationships, and grow with our team. Start part-time (20-25 hours/week) with the opportunity to transition to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

Answer phones and manage inbound help desk tickets using AutoTask, resolving level one IT issues (e.g., password resets, software troubleshooting). Perform light accounting tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking, using QuickBooks or similar tools. Manage office operations, including scheduling, email correspondence, and supply ordering. Build and maintain customer relationships through follow-up calls and professional communication. Provide basic IT support for Microsoft 365, desktops, and laptops, with a willingness to learn new technical skills. Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless client experiences.

Requirements:

Strong organizational and multitasking skills to handle phones, tickets, and office tasks. Basic experience with bookkeeping (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and office management. Familiarity with IT basics (e.g., Microsoft 365, troubleshooting, help desk tools) or a desire to learn. Excellent communication skills for customer interactions and follow-ups. Eagerness to develop new skills in a fast-paced tech environment. Comfort with hybrid work (some in-office in Pascagoula/Moss Point, MS, and remote/on-site flexibility).
