YOU WILL
Develop and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and documentation Conduct regular reviews of existing policies, procedures, and documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance Ensure compliance with
ISO 27001
requirements and best practices Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulations, laws, and industry standards Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on compliance-related matters Conduct internal audits to identify potential compliance gaps and provide recommendations for remediation Work with external auditors during compliance audits Keep up to date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards related to compliance Participate in the development of compliance training programs for employees
REQUIREMENTS
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance, technical writing, or a related field Strong technical writing skills with experience developing policies, procedures, and other compliance documentation Solid knowledge of
ISO 27001
compliance requirements and cyber security best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (English & spanish) Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience conducting internal audits and working with external auditors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality Bachelors degree in a related field (such as computer science, information systems, or business) or equivalent work experience
