I, II, III, IV

level depending on experience. You will serve as frontline IT support across C Spire’s corporate offices, support operations, and retail locations. You will respond to Help Desk requests, troubleshoot on-site and remote technical issues, and provide customer-centered solutions related to network connectivity, hardware, software, and peripherals. This is a collaborative role that requires effective coordination with internal users, IT personnel, and vendors.

Responsibilities:

What You Will Do In all of your duties, you will have a relentless, obsessive, yet disciplined approach to manage all details to perfection and deliver desired results. Serve as frontline IT support by responding to Help Desk requests and delivering timely solutions Provide on-site and remote troubleshooting for network connectivity, hardware, software, and peripheral issues Install, configure, and maintain client hardware and software across departments and locations Interface with IT personnel, internal users, and vendors to resolve technical problems Participate in IT projects such as PC requisitions, inventory, product rollout, or repair processes Perform additional duties as assigned by your manager

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

Must be able to sit for long periods of time and use computer keyboard and/or mouse, while viewing computer screen. Must be able to lift 15lbs, have finger/wrist/arm mobility, and finger dexterity.
