Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems (Windows and Mac OS). Set up and configure computer peripherals such as printers, scanners, and network devices. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues (TCP/IP, DNS, firewall). Perform software installations, updates, and patches. Conduct hardware repairs and upgrades as needed. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure efficient operation of the desktop environment. Document technical procedures and maintain knowledge base for future reference

Duties:

Proficiency in troubleshooting software and hardware issues. Experience with Mac OS and Windows operating systems. Familiarity with TCP/IP networking protocols and concepts. Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals. Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions. Experience with software troubleshooting and problem- solving techniques. Understanding of firewall configurations and security protocols. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
