Provide deskside support Perform IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities Handle imaging tasks

Dependability:

Ability to work independently and maintain attendance for scheduled hours. Proactive work ethic is crucial due to limited site IT leadership.

Soft Skills:

Must be able to work with strong personalities and manage stress effectively. Ability to deescalate tense situations is essential.
