Technical Support Specialist
ROBUSTWARE INC

Responsibilities:
Provide Level 2 (L2) technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware/software issues. Perform device imaging and re-imaging, ensuring proper application installation and configuration. Diagnose and resolve Windows OS, hardware, and enterprise application issues efficiently. Coordinate with third-party vendors for escalations, hardware replacements, and warranty-related support. Accurately document issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in IT service management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Remedy).
Requirements:
2-5 years of experience in L2 IT support. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for hardware, software, and OS-related issues. Experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
Preferred certifications:
Comp
TIA A+, ITIL
Foundation (or equivalent
