Part Time Cell Phone and Computer Repair Technician FireFold Tech & Repair 9900 Poplar Tent Road, Concord, NC 28027 FireFold Tech & Repair is a leader in mobile phone and computer repair. We need someone coming from a retail background with a strong interest in technology and at least 1 year of experience with phone and computer repair. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Provide technical advice and offer products based on the customer’s needs Have the ability to offer quick solutions in non-ideal sales circumstances Have the ability to diagnose and make general pc and laptop repairs Have the ability to make basic iPhone and Android repairs Provide excellent customer service to build relationships for future sustainability

Requirements:

At least 1-2 years in a steady retail and sales environment At least 1 year of PC diagnostic and repair experience At least 1 year of cell phone repair experience If you meet these requirements, please apply today!
