The ideal candidate will provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware. Duties Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software systems, networks, printers, and scanners Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolution to technical issues Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords Maintain IT inventory and ensure equipment is in working condition Collaborate with the IT team to ensure smooth operation of all systems Document technical procedures and user guides for future reference Requirements Proven experience in desktop support and help desk operations Familiarity with firewall, Jira, DNS, VPN, Active Directory, and ServiceNow Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with users at all levels Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
